Premier Personal Training
Our trainers will use their expertise to design an exercise program specifically meet your individual goals. We will consider things like health history, body type, goals, and prior injuries or limitations in the design of your workouts. We offer premier personal training services individually by appointment, and small group training at the following times:
Monday - 8 am and 5:15 pm
Wednesday - 8 am and 5:30 pm
Thursday - 5:15 pm
Friday - 5 pm
