Premier Personal Training Small group Personal Training
Our trainers will use their expertise to design an exercise program to specifically meet your individual goals. We will consider things like health history, body type, goals, and prior injuries and limitations in the design of your workouts.
Your 1 on 1 session will always have a private workout suite where there is no waiting and no wasted time. There is no embarrassment that sometimes comes from working out in front of others. Each room is equipped with state of the art equipment and has all you'll ever need for your workout. In a private suite, every minute is purposeful and enjoyable. It's just you, your trainer, and your goals.
Small Group Personal Training
LifeFit Personal Training's Small Group Personal Training sessions are different than most popular group exercise classes. You get the feel and customization of 1 on 1 training at a fraction of the price! We use proven methods backed up by evidence based research to ensure our programming is:
Monday - 8 am and 5:15 pm
Wednesday - 8 am and 5:30 p
Thursday - 5:15 pm
Friday - 8am
