For individuals who would like the professional guidance of a personal trainer, but the flexibility to meet their goals on their own time, we offer an online-based fitness and nutrition program. Our program will provide clients with four weeks of individualized workouts, nutritional guidance, health tracking, and the ability to communicate with a personal trainer all at their fingertips.

Consultation

During the initial consultation, your individual fitness and health goals will be discussed. We will assess your current activity levels and diet to create a plan that works for you, on your own time. Through reviewing your lifestyle and habits, we will determine which form of training will suit you best. In addition, gathering a history of your activity levels will also allow us to create a regime you’re most likely to stick with, increasing your chances of success.

Training

Nutrition

Whether you are focused on weight-loss, muscle toning, or mass building, nutrition plays a vital role in reaching your fitness potential. Based on the goals discussed during your initial consultation, our trainer will put together proper nutritional guidelines to you to follow. Goals will be set and tracked through the Trainerize app, where your food logs can be synched for both you and your trainer to review.

Tracking

Through the Trainerize app, you can integrate your health and fitness data directly from your smartphone and fitness watches. Both you and your trainer will be able to view the progression of your workouts each week, by monitoring the repetitions preformed, volume amount, and weight lifted. In addition, sleep quality, steps, heart rate, and calories burned will provide your trainer with important information to analyze and adjust your program appropriately.
