Sports-specific training refers to the development and refinement of athletic skills that are particular for a certain sport, such as pitching a baseball, swinging a golf club, spiking a volleyball, or performing the lateral movements required in most sports.

To get started, we will complete a movement assessment as well as determine the demands of your sport. Then, we will design a specific training program that fits your individual needs.
