As an adult I have actively pursued running and Weightlifting and am always in search of the next challenge or to complete whatever obstacle anyone (including myself) might doubt my ability to accomplish.
Always looking for a new challenge it was only fitting to join CrossFit as soon as I learned of it in 2009. I was instantly addicted. The only thing that was disappointing was that it only lasted an hour and they told me to go home. The concept of training for 1 hour was a tough one for me to grasp at first until I ran my next 5K two weeks into CrossFit and shaved 2 minutes off of my time. Less than a year later I took my Level 1 certification and immediately started coaching and have trained full time ever since. It is my desire and passion to help others reach their optimum health and fitness levels and goals. I want everyone to know what it feels like to accomplish things they never dreamed they could and to achieve or maintain optimal health and strength. I love experiencing the excitement and satisfaction of people of all ages and previous fitness levels when they hit PRs and see and feel themselves becoming stronger every day. I am an absolute stickler for proper form and technique and might drive you nuts at first, but I promise you will soon appreciate it as you find yourself quickly improving, breaking out of plateaus and remaining or becoming injury and pain free.
