As a client of Jason’s I have nothing but great things to say about him and the way he trains. I started with him about 7 months ago and now am in the best shape of my life … And I’m 30 !! I lost over 25 pounds and am now what the work out group calls “toned” lol. I could not thank him enough for what he has done for me. I would highly recommend him to anyone , his prices are way better than everywhere else I have checked and he seems to put that extra mile in for you just to make sure you are getting where you want to. Lifefits work out studio is amazing and the thing I like the most is there is not 100 other people you are having to work around it’s just a hard core 1 on 1 work out .
